1. Eligibility
- Open
to Indian residents aged 18 years and above.
- Participants
under 18 must provide verified parental or guardian consent.
- Employees
of Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance and their immediate family members are
ineligible.
2. How to Participate
- Visit Campaign
URL or scan the campaign QR code to access the campaign page.
- Submit
a selfie/photo from your gallery, choose a profession from the pre-defined
list, and provide the necessary details.
- The
AI will generate a transformed image based on the selected profession and
gender.
3. Consent and Content
Usage
- By
participating, you consent to the public display of your AI-generated
image on DOOH screens and digital platforms.
- Participants
grant Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance the right to use submitted content
for campaign-related purposes.
- Aditya
Birla Sun Life Insurance reserves the right to moderate and remove
inappropriate or offensive content, including defamatory, obscene, or
illegal submissions.
4. Gratification
- The
primary gratification is the AI-generated image, which participants can
download or share via the campaign platform.
- Selected
images may be displayed on digital out-of-home (DOOH) screens and other
campaign-related channels.
- There
are no monetary or material rewards, and the generated image and its
public display form the entirety of the gratification.
5. Indemnity
- Participants
confirm that their submitted content does not infringe any third-party
rights.
- Participants
agree to indemnify Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance against any claims,
damages, or losses arising from the use of submitted content.
6. Liability
- Aditya
Birla Sun Life Insurance is not responsible for:
- Technical
errors, server issues, or loss of data during submission.
- Unauthorized
use or sharing of campaign content by third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
- All
AI-generated images and campaign content are owned by Aditya Birla Sun
Life Insurance, except for the original image rights held by the
participant.
- By
participating, participants grant Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance an
unconditional, perpetual, and royalty-free license to use, adapt, modify,
publish, and distribute their submissions across any media now known or
developed in the future.
8. Fraud and
Disqualifications
- Participants
engaging in fraudulent activities, submitting offensive content, or
violating these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
- Aditya
Birla Sun Life Insurance reserves the right to take legal action where
necessary.
9. Modification and
Termination
- Aditya
Birla Sun Life Insurance reserves the right to modify or cancel the
campaign at any time without prior notice.
- All
decisions made by Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance regarding the campaign,
including moderation and gratification, will be final and binding.
10. Dispute Resolution
- In
the event of a dispute, parties agree to resolve the matter through
arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The
arbitration venue will be Mumbai.
11. Governing Law
- These
Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any
disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai.
